Can anyone tell me how to track my brookstone order? I received an order confirmation saying give 10 working days for shipping but how do I know when it ships? Also, does it really normally take 10 days?

Help! I'm new at this candle stuff. When my candles cool, I get a big hole in the center around the wick. How can I stop this from happening? What did I do wrong?!!!
