Does anyone know how to make the bears that are dipped in scented wax? Looks easy enough...

My sister just melts the wax, puts some scent in and then dips the bears for a second. When it dries, she fluffs it up with a stiff brush. Pretty messy though.

Soy wax I think. It comes in the flakes.
